 Hello and welcome to GoZiri.com!
I'm Mike Ziri, your convention center board trustee bringing a fresh perspective and vigorous voice to the Springfield Metropolitan Exposition and Auditorium Authority (SMEAA). As my work on SMEAA evidences, I am un-bought, un-bossed and vigorous in defense of my principles, ideals and the public interest. As your SMEAA trustee, I am a voice speaking on behalf of the citizens of Capital, Springfield and Woodside Townships.
Government should work for the people and Sangamon County citizens want representatives who are un-bought and un-bossed. They want their elected officeholders to show up and do the job they were elected to fulfill. So, since the board as a whole has not made this information more readily available to the public, I bring you this website, dedicated to the public interest.

We usually meet at noon on the third Monday of each month in the administrative boardroom of the Prairie Capital Convention Center. Hope and change begin at the grassroots, so I urge you to attend and speak out about your concerns and ideas. We need to hear your voice. |
