Are You in District 1?

Board members are elected from five districts covering the metropolitan Springfield area. This area includes Woodside, Capital and Springfield Townships. Forty-seven precincts comprise District 1, including portions of all three townships. Every four years, District 1 voters elect three candidates to fill the three board seats allotted to the district.

District 1 precincts include:

• Capital 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 24, 25, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35, 37, 40, 41, 43, 45, 54, 69, 87, 90, 91, 93, 95, 97, 104, 107, 114, 115, 117, 121, 122, 123, 126, 129, 130 and 132;
• Springfield 3, 7, 8 and 9; and
• Woodside 1, 8, 16, 18 and 19.
